摘 要:为了得到一种高效的DBD型臭氧发生器供电电源,设计了一种基于直流交错升压和交流谐振网络的介质阻挡放电型臭氧发生器供电电源.该供电电源利用两路Boost升压式DC/DC变换器得到两路可分别进行闭环控制的稳定直流电源A和B,通过控制两路Boost电路和全桥逆变电路的功率开关器件的导通和关断,并结合双级LC谐振回路,使得臭氧发生器两端电压快速而可靠地达到数千伏,进而达到快速放电的目的.仿真和实验结果表明了提出的新型拓扑结构的可行性和控制时序的正确性.In order to obtain a DBD type ozone generator power supply with high efficiency,a power supply of a dielectric barrier discharge type ozone generator based on a DC staggered boost voltage and an AC resonance network is designed in this paper.This power supply uses two Boost type DC/DC converter to obtain two stable DC power supply A and B which can be controlled by closed loop respectively.By controlling the power switching devices of the two-channel Boost circuit and the full-bridge inverter circuit,combined with the two-stage LC resonance circuit,the voltage at both ends of the ozone generator can reach several kilovolts quickly and reliably,so the ozone generator device can achieve the purpose of rapid discharge.Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed new topology is feasible and the control timing sequence is correct.
