摘 要:针对当前市场上的主要非标四列圆锥滚子轴承轴向游隙的测配无标准可依的问题,基于国家标准JB/T 8236中常规四列圆锥滚子轴承的轴向游隙的测配方法,分别介绍了TQO和TQI型四列圆锥滚子轴承在有隔圈和无隔圈时轴向游隙的测配方法.该方法可应用于轴承厂家的实际生产及轴承使用厂家对轴承游隙的测配.In view of the problem that there is no standard for measuring the axial clearance of the main non-standard four row tapered roller bearing in the market,the measuring and matching methods of the axial clearance of the TQO and TQI type four row tapered roller bearings with and without spacer rings are introduced respectively based on the measurement method of the axial clearance of the conventional four row tapered roller bearing in the national standard JB/T 8236.This method can be applied to the actual production by bearing manufacturers and the measuring and matching of bearing clearance by its users.
