摘  要:研究了头孢克肟与甲基红的电荷转移反应,建立了快速测定头孢克肟的可见分光光度法.结果表明:电荷转移络合物的络合比为1∶1,最大吸收波长为525 nm.实验发现:荷移反应体系在35℃,反应时间为10 min时,效果最好.头孢克肟质量浓度在0.6~20 mg/L范围内服从比尔定律,线性相关系数为0.988 6.当头孢克肟浓度为8.00 mg/L时,6次测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.43%.该方法用于检测药物中头孢克肟的含量,加标回收率为97.25%~104%.The charge transfer reaction between cefixime and methyl red has been studied and a rapid method for determination of cefixime was developed. The results showed that the maximum absorption wavelength was525 nm when the composition ratio was 1 ∶1. It was found that the best effect was obtained when the charge transfer reaction system was at 35 ℃ for 10 minutes. Beer’s Law was obeyed in the range of 0. 6 ~ 20 mg/L of cefixime with correlation coefficient of 0. 988 6. The relative standard deviation was 1. 43%( n = 6) when the concentration of cefixime was 8 mg/L. The proposed method was used in the determination of the content of cefixime in samples with satisfactory results. The recoveries of cefixime were 97. 25% and 104%.
