摘  要:为了解国内射箭技术研究现状,理清射箭技术研究重点.对1990-2020年间国内关于射箭“固势-撒放”环节研究的文献资料进行了搜集整理,首先从研究对象、研究机构、研究设备三个角度对“固势-撒放”环节研究的基本概况进行梳理,随后从瞄准、继续加力、撒放三个部分入手,阐述了当前的研究重点.结果显示:1)在我国射箭技术体系中,主要发力肌群为三角肌后束、斜方肌及背阔肌,女子运动员的肌肉激活程度更强,且这些肌群的一致性和稳定性与成绩显著相关;2)运动员在瞄准时,最佳稳定阶段越长,成绩越好,而瞄准方式的选择应当以不会对运动员造成心理压力为原则;3)撒放速度及一致性与成绩的联系暂无准确定论;4)撒放时上肢关节的生物力学特征可以评价技术的合理性.This paper aims to understand the current research status of domestic archery technology and to clarify the research focus of archery technology.This paper collected and sorted out the literature on the study of"Anchor-Release"in archery from 1990 to 2020.Firstly,this paper expounds the basic situation of the research on"Anchor-Release"from the research object,research institution and research equipment,and then expounds the current research focus from the three technical details of aiming,expansion and spreading.The analysis results show that:(1)In the archery technique system of our country,the main muscle groups are the deltoid posterior fascicles,trapezius and latissimus dorsi muscles.The muscle activation of female athletes is stronger,and the consistency and stability of these muscle groups are significantly correlated with their performance;(2)When the athlete is aiming,the longer the"stable aiming phase"is,the better the performance is.The choice of aiming mode should be based on the principle that it will not cause psychological pressure to the athlete;(3)There is no accurate conclusion on the relationship between the releasing speed,consistency and performance;(4)The bio-mechanical characteristics of the joints of the upper body can be used to evaluate the rationality of the technique.
