摘 要:自汪机以降,新安地区形成了一派喜用甘温之味,在治疗上以"温补培元"见长的医家群体。徐春甫作为汪机的再传弟子,承其固本培元思想;私淑李东垣,推崇其健脾保元的脾胃观;以温补"脾胃元气"为大法,将养生思想贯穿于疾病的预防、传变、复发各个方面,衍生为"未病培元""已病保元""愈后复元"3个层面,对于临床的养生保健具有一定程度的指导意义。Since WANG Ji,there has been a group of doctors in Xin’an area who like to use the taste of sweetness and warmth,and are good at "Wenbu Peiyuan" in treatment.XU Chunfu,as WANG Ji’s re-inherited disciple,inherited his thoughts of consolidating the foundation;LI Dongyuan,admires his spleen and stomach view of invigorating the spleen and protecting the vitality;taking warming and replenishing the "spleen and stomach vitality" as the main method,the health maintenance thought runs through all aspects of disease prevention,transmission,and recurrence,and it is derived into "preventing the disease".The three levels of "protection of vitality" and "recovery" have a certain degree of guiding significance for clinical health care.
