蔡炳勤自拟“五草汤”的治疗经验

摘　　要：蔡炳勤教授在多年外科临床经验中自拟"五草汤"(组成:仙鹤草、紫草、豨莶草、旱莲草、茜草),认为五草搭配具有凉血解毒祛湿、化瘀止血之功,凉血而不滞血,又能补肾健脾养阴,可有效调整机体免疫系统功能。将其用于治疗免疫性血管性疾病、肠道疾病及外科之血热出血病,如变应性血管炎、雷诺氏综合征、克罗恩病、尿血、肠道出血等,常取得良效。Professor CAI Bingqin self-designed "Wucao Decoction" (composed of Agrimonia,Lithospermum,Hedysarum,Nelumbo nucifera and madder) in many years of surgical clinical experience.He believed that the combination of five herbs could cool blood,detoxify dampness,remove blood stasis and stop bleeding,cool blood without stagnation of blood,nvigorate the kidney,strengthen the spleen and nourish yin,and effectively adjust the immune system function of the body.It is often used in the treatment of immune vascular diseases,intestinal diseases and hemorrhagic diseases caused by blood fever in surgery with good results,such as allergic vasculitis,Raynaud’s syndrome,Crohn’s disease,blood in urine,intestinal hemorrhage and so on.
