复方真武冲剂联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方真武冲剂联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦对于慢性心力衰竭患者(chronic heart failure,CHF)的临床治疗效果。方法:研究对象为2018年10月—2019年10月期间就诊于安徽省中医院老年心内科的80例CHF患者(NYHA Ⅱ~Ⅳ级),将患者随机分为观察、对照组,两组都按需给于基础西药治疗,对照组加用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片,观察组加用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片及复方真武冲剂。比较治疗前后CHF患者临床疗效、心功能、血浆NT-proBNP、中医症候积分、心脏彩超各项指标变化。结果:比较两组患者的有效率,观察组大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组的LVEDD、LVESD、NT-proBNP 指标明显降低(P<0.05),LVEF显著升高(P<0.05),中医症候积分则有明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组各项指标变化优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方真武冲剂联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦配合基础西药在治疗CHF方面临床疗效可观。Objective:To observe the clinical treatment effect of compound Zhenwu granules combined with sacubitril and valsartan on patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods:The subjects of the study were 80 CHF patients (NYHA Ⅱ~Ⅳ) who were treated in the Department of Geriatric Cardiology of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2019.The patients were randomly divided into observation and control groups.Basic western medicine was given as needed.The control group was treated with sacubitril and valsartan sodium tablets,and the observation group was treated with sacubitril and valsartan sodium tablets and compound Zhenwu granules.The changes of clinical efficacy,cardiac function,plasma NT-proBNP,TCM syndrome score,and cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in CHF patients before and after treatment were compared.Results:Comparing the effective rates of the two groups of patients,the observation group was greater than the control group (P<0.05);after treatment,the LVEDD,LVESD,and NT-proBNP indexes of the two groups were significantly reduced (P<0.05),and LVEF was significantly increased (P<0.05)),the TCM symptom score decreased significantly (P<0.05),and the changes in various indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The compound Zhenwu granules combined with sacubitril and valsartan combined with basic western medicine have considerable clinical efficacy in the treatment of CHF.
