摘　　要：目的:对戴氏逐步复位手法配合夹板外固定治疗跟骨骨折的效果进行探讨。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月—2018年12 月到该院接受治疗的22例SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折者为研究对象,对所有患者实行手法复位配合压垫、夹板外固定治疗,记录并观察其临床治疗效果。结果:14例骨折患者的临床治疗效果均显示优;5例治疗效果判定为良,3例治疗效果判定为可,总优良率为86.3%。结论:对跟骨骨折患者实行手法复位方式配合夹板外固定治疗,可以取得较为理想的临床治疗效果,值得在临床中推广使用。Objective:To discuss the effect of Dai’s gradual reduction and splint external fixation in the treatment of calcaneal fractures.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 22 cases of Sanders Ⅱ and Ⅲ calcaneal fractures who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were the subjects of the study.All patients were treated with manual reduction combined with pressure pads and splint external fixation.Record and observe its clinical treatment effect.Results:The clinical treatment effect of 14 cases of fracture patients showed excellent;5 cases were judged as good,3 cases were judged as acceptable,and the overall excellent and good rate was 86.3%.Conclusion:For patients with calcaneal fractures,manual reduction combined with splint external fixation can achieve ideal clinical treatment effects,and it is worthy of clinical application.
