摘 要:辐射防护材料屏蔽性能常用铅当量表示,为了准确衡量不同防护材料的屏蔽能力,根据IEC 61331标准,研究建立了用于铅当量测量的X射线辐射质。利用EGSnrc软件对辐射质能谱进行了模拟,研究了不同厚度的铅对辐射质能谱的影响以及窄射线束X射线铅当量测量方法,并在窄射线束条件下对16种不同防护材料进行了铅当量测量。结果表明建立的辐射质满足标准要求,在120 kV管电压条件下,防护材料的铅当量测量结果等于或大于标称铅当量值,说明所测试材料屏蔽效果满足要求。The shielding performance of radiation protection materials is usually expressed in lead equivalent. In order to measure the shielding ability of different protective materials accurately,according to the IEC 61331 standard,the X-ray radiation quality for lead equivalent measurement has been researched and established. The radiation quality spectrum was simulated by using EGSnrc software to study the influence of different thicknesses of lead on the radiation quality spectrum.The narrow beam condition measurement method of X-ray lead equivalent has been discussed,and the lead equivalent of 16 different protective materials under narrow beam condition was tested. The results showed that the established radiation quality meets the standard requirements. Under the condition of 120 kV tube voltage,the lead equivalent measurement result of the protective material is equal to or greater than the nominal lead equivalent value,indicating that the shielding effect of the tested material meets the requirements.
