朱明芳审证求因辨治单纯型过敏性紫癜经验

摘　　要：朱明芳教授审证求因,认为过敏性紫癜总病机为本虚标实,"风""热""湿""瘀"为其标。疾病初期多为风热致病,病情缠绵难愈与兼夹湿邪有关,瘀血内阻贯穿本病全程。根据临床症状及皮损特点,导师强调辨证论治,注重除湿与化瘀,能有效控制症状,减少病情反复发作,疗效颇佳。ZHU Mingfang examined the evidence and asked for the cause,and believed that the total pathogenesis of Henoch-Schonlein purpura is based on deficiency and excess,and"wind","heat","dampness"and"stasis"are the indicators.In the early stage of the disease,it is mostly caused by wind-heat.The lingering condition and the hard to heal are related to the combined dampness evil.The internal resistance of blood stasis runs through the whole course of the disease.According to the clinical symptoms and the characteristics of skin lesions,the instructor emphasizes the treatment based on syndrome differentiation,focusing on dehumidification and removing blood stasis,which can effectively control the symptoms and reduce the recurrence of the disease.The effect is quite good.
