自拟扶正生血汤治疗化疗后骨髓抑制疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟扶正生血汤治疗化疗后骨髓抑制临床疗效。方法:将40例初次化疗患者随机分为2组,其中对照组20例给予重组人粒细胞刺激因子治疗,观察组20例在此基础上加用自拟扶正生血汤辅助治疗,14d为1个周期,观察4周期化疗,统计2组近期疗效和骨髓抑制发生情况,观察治疗前后中性粒细胞、血红蛋白、血小板、白细胞、T淋巴细胞亚群及中医症状评分。结果:观察组客观缓解率显著高于对照组;观察组骨髓抑制发生率显著低于对照组;观察组治疗后中性粒细胞、血红蛋白、血小板及白细胞水平均显著优于对照组;观察组治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群水平和中医症状评分均显著优于对照组、治疗前,差异均有统计学意义。结论:自拟扶正生血汤用于化疗后患者可有效延缓病情进展,降低骨髓抑制发生风险,改善外周血象,并有助于调节细胞免疫功能。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Fuzheng Shengxue Decoction in the treatment of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy.Methods:40 patients undergoing chemotherapy for the first time were randomly divided into 2 groups,of which 20 patients in the control group were treated with recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor,and 20 patients in the observation group were treated with self-made Fuzheng Shengxue Decoction on the basis of this,14 days for 1 Cycle,observe 4 cycles of chemotherapy,count the recent curative effect and the occurrence of bone marrow suppression in the 2 groups,observe the neutrophils,hemoglobin,platelets,white blood cells,T lymphocyte subsets and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment.Results:The objective remission rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the incidence of bone marrow suppression in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the levels of neutrophils,hemoglobin,platelets and white blood cells in the observation group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group;treatment of the observation group The level of posterior T lymphocyte subsets and TCM symptom scores were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Self-made Fuzheng Shengxue Decoction for patients after chemotherapy can effectively delay the progression of the disease,reduce the risk of bone marrow suppression,improve the peripheral blood picture,and help regulate cellular immune function.
