加减补肾固冲汤治疗脾肾两虚型老年性阴道炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加减补肾固冲汤治疗脾肾两虚型老年性阴道炎临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1—9月就诊于安徽中医药大学第一附属医院妇科门诊,诊断为证属脾肾两虚型老年性阴道炎患者60例,将患者按照每组30例随机分成治疗组和对照组。对照组单独予奥硝唑栓每晚纳阴,治疗组在其基础上加用加减补肾固冲汤口服,10d为1个疗程,1个疗程后,比较2组治疗前后阴道酸碱度(PH)、清洁度评分、阴道局部体征评分、中医证候积分改变情况以及临床疗效和复发率情况。结果:2组治疗后,阴道PH、清洁度评分、中医证候积分均较治疗前明显下降,且治疗组降低程度更显著,差异有统计学意义;2组治疗后阴道局部体征评分均较前升高,但2组治疗后水平则无显著差异;与对照组相比,治疗组临床有效率较高,复发率较低,差异有统计学意义。结论:加减补肾固冲汤联合奥硝唑栓较单纯使用奥硝唑栓治疗脾肾两虚型老年性阴道炎更具优势。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Bushen Guchong decoction in treating senile vaginitis with deficiency of both spleen and kidney.Methods:Selected from January to September 2019 in the gynecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,60 patients with senile vaginitis diagnosed as spleen and kidney deficiency type were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into treatment groups according to 30 cases in each group And the control group.The control group was given ornidazole suppository alone to soak the yin every night,and the treatment group was taken orally with Modified Bushen Guchong decoction on this basis.10 days was a course of treatment.After a course of treatment,compare the pH of the vagina before and after treatment in the two groups,Cleanliness score,local vaginal signs score,TCM syndrome score changes,clinical efficacy and recurrence rate.Results:After treatment in the two groups,vaginal pH,cleanliness scores,and TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower than before treatment,and the reduction in the treatment group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the vaginal local signs of the two groups were all lower than before.However,there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a higher clinical effective rate and a lower recurrence rate,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Modified Bushen Guchong decoction combined with ornidazole suppository is more advantageous than simply using ornidazole suppository in the treatment of senile vaginitis with deficiency of both spleen and kidney.
