摘　　要：目的:探讨活血祛瘀汤联合手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效及安全性。方法:将2015年1月—2018年4月期间郑州市骨科医院急诊科收治的150例桡骨远端骨折患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,每组各75例,对照组行手法复位联合夹板外固定术,联合组在对照组基础上采用活血祛瘀汤,连续服用2周。两组均进行12个月的随访。比较两组腕关节功能疗效、疼痛缓解、肿胀缓解、骨折愈合时间及不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组腕关节功能优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组疼痛缓解、肿胀缓解、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);联合组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:活血祛瘀汤联合手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折疗效良好,可缩短消肿、消痛与骨折愈合时间,安全性良好。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Huoxue Quyu Decoction combined with manual reduction and splint external fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures.Methods:150 patients with distal radius fractures admitted to the emergency department of Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital from January 2015 to April 2018 were divided into a control group and a combined group according to a random number table,with 75 cases in each group and the control group.Manual reduction combined with splint external fixation,the combined group used Huoxue Quyu Decoction on the basis of the control group for 2 weeks.Both groups were followed up for 12 months.The functional effects of wrist joints,pain relief,swelling relief,fracture healing time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of wrist joint function in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);the pain relief,swelling relief,and fracture healing time in the combined group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05);the overall incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was low In the control group,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Quyu Decoction combined with manual reduction and splint external fixation has a good effect on the treatment of distal radius fractures.It can shorten the time of swelling,pain relief and fracture healing,and has good safety.
