加味凉血五根汤治疗血热生瘀型色素性紫癜性皮肤病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味凉血五根汤治疗血热生瘀型色素性紫癜性皮肤病的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的50例血热生瘀型色素性紫癜性皮肤病患者随机分为2组,对照组25例,治疗组25例。对照组予以维生素C、复方芦丁片口服治疗,治疗组予以加味凉血五根汤口服治疗,治疗周期为8周。比较治疗结束后2组的临床疗效、不良反应及复发情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为92%,对照组总有效率为64%,2组间总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.711,P<0.05)。2组间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.189,P>0.05),治疗3个月后2组患者的复发率对比,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于血热生瘀型色素性紫癜性皮肤病,口服加味凉血五根汤临床疗效佳,治疗有效率高,复发率低。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Liangxue Wugen Decoction in the treatment of skin diseases of pigmented purpura caused by blood heat and blood stasis.Methods:Fifty patients with pigmented purpura skin disease of blood heat and blood stasis type were randomly divided into 2 groups,25 cases in the control group and 25 cases in the treatment group.The control group was treated with vitamin C and compound rutin tablets orally,and the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Liangxue Wugen Decoction.The treatment period was 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 64%.There was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (χ2=5.711,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (χ2=0.189,P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the recurrence rate of the two groups of patients was compared,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:For blood heat and blood stasis type pigmented purpura skin disease,oral Jiawei Liangxue Wugen Decoction has good clinical effect,high effective rate of treatment,and low recurrence rate.
