祛风宣痹法治疗支气管哮喘(风痰阻肺证)的研究进展

摘　　要：支气管哮喘(风痰阻肺证)是一种以慢性气道炎症为特征的异质性疾病,临床症状表现为咳嗽、喘息和气促、胸闷等,严重影响健康生活。目前临床治疗支气管哮喘多采用西药控制的方式,可有效改善气道炎症反应,但长期治疗中,部分患者存在诸多不良反应。祛风宣痹法为临床中医治疗支气管哮喘(风痰阻肺证)的重要治疗方式,具有清热熄风、宣肺散寒、豁痰平喘等效果,被中医广泛应用于支气管哮喘治疗。本文对祛风宣痹法治疗支气管哮喘(风痰阻肺证)的研究进展进行阐述。Bronchial asthma(wind-phlegm blocking lung syndrome)is a heterogeneous disease characterized by chronic airway inflammation.Its clinical symptoms are cough,wheezing and shortness of breath,chest tightness and so on,which seriously affect the healthy life of patients.At present,the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma is mostly controlled by western medicine,which can effectively improve the airway inflammation of patients.Dispelling wind and dispersing cold,eliminating phlegm and relieving asthma is an important treatment method of bronchial asthma.It is widely used in the treatment of bronchial asthma.The research progress on the treatment of bronchial asthma(wind-phlegm blocking lung syndrome)by dispelling wind and promoting arthralgia is expounded.
