摘　　要：目的观察分娩镇痛泵在会阴侧切缝合术中的应用效果。方法128例住院分娩的初产妇,根据产妇对分娩镇痛的要求不同分成观察组及对照组,各64例。观察组采用分娩镇痛泵,对照组采用局部会阴浸润麻醉。比较两组产妇侧切时及缝合时的疼痛分级,水肿发生情况及会阴切口愈合情况,护理满意度。结果观察组产妇侧切时及缝合时的疼痛分级均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.556、2.729,P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后24 h水肿发生率12.5%明显低于对照组的32.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。产后48 h,两组会阴切口均为Ⅱ/甲愈合。观察组产妇的护理满意度为95.3%,高于对照组的70.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分娩镇痛泵应用于会阴侧切及产后会阴缝合术中,不仅能够减轻产妇分娩过程中的疼痛,还能降低会阴侧切及切口缝合的疼痛,术后会阴局部出现水肿较少,切口愈合好,产妇的护理满意度高。Objective To observe the effect of labor analgesic pump in lateral episiotomy suture.Methods A total of 128 primiparas who gave birth in hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to the different requirements of the mothers for labor analgesia,with 64 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with labor analgesic pump,and the control group was treated with local perineum infiltration anesthesia.The pain grade during lateral incision and suture,occurrence of edema and perineal incision healing,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The pain grade during lateral incision and suture of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.556,2.729;P<0.05).The incidence of edema at 24 h after delivery 12.5%of the observation group was obviously lower than 32.8%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 48 h postpartum,the perineal incisions in both groups healed at gradeⅡ/A.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.3%,which was higher than 70.3%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of labor analgesic pump in perineal lateral incision and postpartum perineal suture can not only reduce the pain during the delivery,but also reduce the pain of the perineal lateral incision and incision suture.After the operation,there is less edema in the perineum,and the incision is healed well,and the nursing satisfaction of parturient women is high..
