摘　　要：对罗尔斯正义原则的流行理解视角是自由主义传统视角,即他是要调和自由主义传统里的自由和平等之争。自由和平等都是以道德人作为基础的独立价值。本文尝试提出新视角,指出平等是主体间关系的公共性质,它并不是一种“价值”,跟自由并不冲突。这一视角建立在罗尔斯关于社会作为公平合作体系的概念之上,从这一视角出发,对正义原则会获得全新的理解。The popular way of understanding Rawls'principles of justice is from the perspective of liberalism tradition,that is,he wants to reconcile the freedom and equality in liberalism tradition,which are independent values based on moral man.This paper tries to put forward a new perspective that is different from this perspective,pointing out that equality is the public nature of inter-subject relations,it is not a“value”,and does not conflict with freedom.This perspective is based on Rawls' concept of society as a system of fair cooperation.From this perspective,a new understanding of the principles of justice will be gained.
