摘  要:渤海油田油气年产规模已达到3000万t油当量,仅自营油气田年修井工作量500多井次,修井作业中面临最大的风险是井喷失控,修井井口试压装置是确保修井过程中井控安全的重要装置。文章分析了修井传统井口试压装置的不足,研发了专用油管提升装置这一新型井口试压装置并在现场修井中成功应用。建议进一步加强技术攻关,应用井口电缆穿越孔专用堵头,完善新型井口试压装置体系,以保证修井作业的安全。The annual oil and gas production of Bohai oilfield has reached 30 million tons of oil equivalent.Only the self-operated oil and gas field has workoverd more than 500 well-times.The biggest risk in workover operation is blowout out of control.The wellhead pressure test device for workover is essential to ensure the safety of well control during the workover process.This article analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional wellhead pressure test device for workover,and develops a special lifting tubing device,a new type of wellhead pressure test device,and successfully applies it in on-site workover.It is recommended to further strengthen technical research,develop and apply cable penetrator plug device on tubing hanger,and build the new wellhead pressure test device system to ensure the safety of workover operation.
