摘  要:针对某化工生产装置的工艺管路改造工作,文章首先利用AMESim软件进行了该装置管路中氢气流量的仿真计算,确定了合适的管路三通规格,随后又利用Gambit软件建模并且通过Fluent软件对三通内氢气流动情况进行数值模拟,根据三通内速度场分布情况验证了改造方案的可行性,取得了较好的实际效果。For the process piping improvement of chemical production equipment,the situation was firstly studied by using AMESim software in this paper,and the simulation of hydrogen flow in the pipeline could lead to determine the appropriate piping tee specs.Then the Gambit software and the Fluent software were using to model and solve the hydrogen flows within the tee numerically.According to the distribution of velocity field in the adding piping tee,the improvement scheme was feasible and had achieved good practical effect.
