摘　　要：硫酸法钛白粉生产中无组织排放源主要是酸溶过程中蒸发的酸性尾气,在精制过程反应后,通过简易水喷淋降温后直接通过风机排放,对车间内部设备腐蚀严重,也给职业卫生环境带来较大的危害,因此针对现有的装置,对尾气处理系统进行改进是非常有必要的。The unorganized discharge source of titanium dioxide produced by sulfuric acid method is mainly the acidic tail gas evaporated in the acid dissolution process.After the reaction of the refining process,it is directly discharged through the fan after cooling by simple water spray,which causes serious corrosion to the internal equipment of the workshop and also affects occupational hygiene.The environment brings greater harm,so it is necessary to improve the existing exhaust gas treatment system for its existing equipment.
