摘 要:东海气田是典型的致密中低渗气藏,该类气藏使用不压井动管柱作业,可最大限度地保护油气藏,但是不压井工艺一直以来无法有效解决海上控制管线安全起下的难题,也是一直困扰不压井工艺未能在海上推广的限制因素。为了解决该难题,通过工艺创新和配套工具的研发,在东海某井对不压井工艺处理带控制管线管柱进行了现场试验。文中论述了该工艺的技术特点,并针对不同技术难点介绍了原井带控制管线管柱起出、完结阶段带控制管线生产管柱下入等两大关键技术。现场试验表明,该工艺安全性高、应用效果好,具有一定的推广价值。in the east China sea to the density of the gas field is a typical low permeability gas reservoir,the gas reservoir using not kill string operations,to maximize the protection of the reservoir,but don't kill process has been unable to effectively solve the control problem of pipeline safety up under the sea,is still not well killing process failed to promote the limiting factor on the sea.In order to solve this problem,through the process innovation and the research and development of supporting tools,a field test was carried out on the control pipeline string of the non-kill process treatment in a well in The East China Sea.In this paper,the technical characteristics of the process are discussed,and two key technologies,such as the starting out of the original well with control pipeline and the running down of the production with control pipeline,are introduced according to different technical difficulties.The field test shows that the process has high safety and good application effect,and has certain promotion value.
