摘 要:以苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯共聚橡胶(SIBR)为生胶,采用硫磺硫化配方,考察了硫化体系中不同硫磺用量对SIBR胶料性能的影响。结果表明:随着硫磺用量的增加,混炼胶门尼黏度呈现略微上涨趋势。加入1.4份硫磺的胶料加工安全性最好。硫磺用量在1.5~1.6份时硫化速度最快。随着硫磺用量增加,硫化胶料硬度增加,扯断伸长率、撕裂强度有较大下降,300%定伸应力增大,拉伸强度出现先增大后减小的趋势,在硫磺用量为1.6份时出现峰值,此时滚动损失最低,综合来看,硫磺用量为1.6份比较适宜。The effect of sulfur dosage on the properties of vulcanizate was investigated using styrene-isoprene-butadiene copolymer rubber(SIBR)as rubber matrix in the vulcanization system containing sulfur.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of vulcanizate increased slightly with the increase in sulfur dosage.Adding 1.4 phr of sulfur showed the best processing safety and adding 1.5-1.6 phr of sulfur showed the fastest curing rate.With the increase in sulfur dosage,the hardness and the 300%constant elongation stress of vulcanizate increased,while the elongation at break and the tear strength decreased greatly.The tensile strength increased first and then decreased,and the peak occurred when the sulphur dosage was 1.6 phr.The rolling loss was the lowest at the same time.In conclusion,it was appropriate to add 1.6 phr of sulfur.
