摘  要:转炉炼钢过程中,铁水中的碳在高温条件下和吹入的氧生成CO和少量CO 2混合气体,成为转炉烟气,烟气中CO浓度曲线的变化趋势为操作者提供了炉渣的动态状况,参照转炉炼钢终点烟气CO浓度及过程烟气CO浓度曲线,调整枪位和渣料加入时机,有效控制了返干和喷溅等异常情况的发生,可做到终点控制准确、冶炼平稳顺行。In the process of converter steelmaking,the carbon in hot metal and oxygen blown in form the gas mixture of CO and a small amount of CO 2 under the condition of high temperature as well as it becomes the converter flue gas.The change trend of concentration curve for CO in flue gas provides the operator with dynamic state of slag.The slag could be effectively prevented to be thick and splashed by referring to the curve of concentration of CO in flue gas at end point of converter steelmaking and concentration of CO in flue gas in the process as well as adjusting the position of oxygen lance and opportunity of adding slag charge so that the end point control is accurate and smelting is stable and trouble-free.
