摘  要:文章针对GCr15钢高温塑性进行了试验研究,在不同的穿孔温度下对GCr15无缝钢管的内表面质量进行对比分析。试验结果表明:GCr15钢在温度850~1200℃具有良好的塑性,钢管内表面产生内折的主要原因是管坯穿孔温度超出高温塑性区域,穿孔温度控制在1200℃以内,可降低钢管内表面产生内折缺陷。In this paper,it is introduced the experimental study on high temperature plasticity of GCr15 steel,compared and analyzed its interior surface quality at different perforation temperatures.The experimental results showed that the plasticity of GCr15 steel was good at 850~1200℃,the main reason for infolding of internal surface for steel tube was that perforation temperature of tube blank was beyond high temperature plastic range and it could be reduced if perforation temperature could be controlled within 1200℃.
