摘  要:文章从解决生产中螺纹主要单项值不稳定的产品质量问题入手,通过排查机械原因和加工程序,发现卡盘压力降低能有效提升螺纹单项值的稳定性,主卡盘正常压力为4 MPa,通过配合使用加工程序指令M05与M25,实现卡盘减压到2 MPa,实践证明,降低接箍车丝卡盘压力可有效避免接箍车丝紧密距和锥度的不稳定变化,减少单项值超差的废品,更好地为降成本作贡献。In the article,it is found that the decrease of pressure of chuck can effectively improve the stability of single value for thread by checking mechanical reasons and workpiece programme starting with solving the product quality problem causing unstable main single value for thread in production.The normal pressure of main chuck is 4 MPa,it is reduced to 2 MPa by using cooperatively commands M05 and M25 of workpiece programme.Practices proved that the unstable change for stand off and taper of coupling thread could be effectively avoided and waste products with ultra-poor single value could be reduced by reducing the pressure of chuck for coupling thread to contribute to cost reduction.
