摘  要:针对高铁抗侧滚扭杆组件产品形状复杂多样、尺寸范围大的特点,研发一种在生产现场使用的抗侧滚扭杆无人化智能测量系统。构建大行程精密三坐标测量系统与数控夹具及机器人协同,通过企业MES读取扭杆产品形位尺寸及公差参数、自动规划测量项目、检测路径及轨迹,实现无人化全自动智能检测。通过智能标定及补偿、温度补偿等技术,满足车间现场下大尺寸复杂工件的精密形位尺寸测量。应用结果表明系统能够满足轨道车辆抗侧滚扭杆类产品的全自动检测要求,检测速度快、效率高。该系统技术还可以运用在类似工况环境的大量程复杂工件智能精密尺寸检测,通用性好。In view of the complex shape and large size range of high-speed rail anti rolling torsion bar components,an unmanned intelligent measurement system for anti rolling torsion bar used in production field was developed.The large stroke precision coordinate measuring system was constructed to cooperate with CNC fixture and robot.The shape and position dimensions and tolerance parameters of torsion bar products were read through enterprise MES,and the measurement items,detection paths and tracks were automatically planned to realize the unmanned automatic intelligent detection.Through intelligent calibration and compensation,temperature compensation and other technologies,it can meet the requirements of precise measurement of large size and complex workpiece in the workshop.The application results show that the system can meet the requirements of automatic detection of anti rolling torsion bar products of rail vehicles,with high speed and high efficiency.The system technology can also be used in a large range of complex workpiece intelligent precision size detection in similar working conditions.
