摘  要:为满足企业提出的服装标签自动缝制需求,对服装自动标签缝制机分拣模块机构进行了工序流程规划与整体方案设计,制定了服装标签自动缝制过程中分拣模块的工序动作流程,并对分拣模块中所包含的标签上料工位、标签分料工位、标签下料工位的结构进行设计,利用SolidWorks软件对服装自动贴标机进行了三维建模和模拟仿真,验证其可行性,最终设计出了一种能够满足服装标签自动上料、下料及针对不同规格、尺寸标签的堆叠分拣服装标签模块机构,改变了服装标签传统的手工生产、装订,解决了分拣效率低下、劳动强度大及标签缝制品质一致性差等问题,大幅降低了企业的人工成本,显著提高了标签的缝制效率,从而提高了制造企业的竞争力。In order to meet the demand of clothing label automatic sewing,the process planning and overall scheme design of the sorting module of clothing label automatic sewing machine are carried out.The process action flow of the sorting module in the process of clothing label automatic sewing was formulated,and the structure of the label loading station,label dividing station and label blanking station in the sorting module were designed by using SolidWorks software to verify its feasibility.In order to verify its feasibility,a kind of clothing label module mechanism was designed,which can meet the requirements of clothing label automatic loading and unloading,stacking and sorting for different specifications and sizes of labels.It changes the traditional manual production and binding of clothing labels,and solves the problems of low sorting efficiency,high labor intensity,label quality,and the poor consistency of sewing quality greatly reduces the labor cost of enterprises,significantly improves the efficiency of label sewing,and improves the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises.
