摘 要:为提高煤矿低压供电系统的可靠性,避免测控系统的误动作,设计了一种适用于井下低压馈电开关的测控装置。介绍了采区低压供电系统的供电方式和真空馈电开关的结构和工作原理,分析了测控系统保护原理,给出了基于双DSP结构的测控系统软件设计方案,分别设计了测控DSP软件和管理DSP软件。试验和应用结果表明该测控装置数据准确,可靠性高,达到了设计要求。In order to improve the reliability of low-voltage power supply system in coal mine and avoid misoperation of measurement and control system,a measurement and control device suitable for underground low-voltage feed switch was studied.The power supply mode of low-voltage power supply system in mining area and the structure and working principle of vacuum feed switch were introduced.The protection principle of measurement and control system was analyzed.The software design scheme of measurement and control system based on dual DSP structure was given.The measurement and control DSP software and management DSP software were designed respectively.The test and application results show that the measurement and control device has accurate data,high reliability and meets the design requirements.
