摘 要:介绍了粉磨机和辊轮部件的设计,考虑到实际生产中恶劣的工况,设计时将三维实体模型导入有限元分析软件Ansys,对辊轮部件的重要零件主支臂进行了静力学分析和强度校核,对辊轮部件装配体进行了模态分析。通过对6阶振型的分析和与实际工作频率的对比,判断哪一阶振型对辊轮部件工作时的影响较大以及是否会出现共振,对于在设计阶段保证设计的准确性具有重要意义。The design of grinding machine and roller components was introduced.Considering worse working conditions during actual production,the three-dimensional solid model was imported into the finite element analysis software Ansys to get the statics analysis and strength verification for supported arm which was the important part of roller components.Modal analysis was carried out on the assembly of roller components.Through the analysis of the six mode vibrating shape and comparison with the actual working frequency,it is possible to judge which has a great impact on the roller components and whether there will be resonance,it is great significance to ensure the design accuracy in the design stage.
