摘  要:石油钻头体整体结构复杂、斜孔多,选择德玛吉DMU100P五轴机床加工。针对其结构特点和工艺难点进行分析,制定了合理的工艺方案和加工参数。重点分析了刀具磨损影响加工质量和孔加工发生干涉等问题的解决方案,并设计专用夹具、定制成型刀、制作量具,解决加工中装夹定位问题和提高孔的加工精度及自检效率。经实践论证,该方案的实施保证了石油钻头体的整体精度,提高了加工效率,达到了客户的要求。The whole structure of the petroleum drill body is complex and there are many inclined holes.DMG DMU100P five-axis machine tool was selected for processing.Based on the analysis of its structure characteristics and process difficulties,reasonable process scheme and processing parameters were established.The solution of tool wear affecting machining quality and hole machining interference was analyzed.The special fixture,customized molding tool and measuring tool were designed to solve the problem of clamping and positioning and improve the machining precision and self-check efficiency.The practice proves that the implementation of this scheme ensures the overall precision of the oil bit body,improves the processing efficiency,and meets the customer′s requirements.
