摘  要:为构建一种无级传动机构的非圆齿轮精确3D模型,使之利于高精度线切割加工,并使非圆齿轮按指定速比变化规律进行精确传动,按指定的速比变化曲线设计非圆齿轮节曲线;使用插齿齿廓法线法设计非圆齿轮,介绍了齿根过渡曲线和避免根切的设计方法以及插齿刀位置变换的方法,并提出了一种齿侧间隙的精确设计方法;在设计过程中,将插齿刀的运动方式描述为一种包含自转、公转和圆心移动的合成运动,基于这一原理,绘制了非圆齿轮的转动角度与节曲线弧长、插齿刀圆心坐标、插齿刀公转角度之间的关系曲线;以关系曲线为基础,利用插值算法求解未知量,避免了复杂数学关系式的推导;最后,通过插齿加工仿真、测量3D模型齿侧间隙、有限元强度校核以及线切割样件试制,对设计结果进行检验。结果表明,非圆齿轮的齿廓、齿侧间隙、齿根过渡曲线满足设计要求。In order to construct an accurate 3D model of non-circular gear of stepless transmission mechanism,which is conducive to high-precision wire cutting,and make the non-circular gear drive accurately according to the specified speed ratio change law,the non-circular gear pitch curve was designed according to the specified speed ratio change curve.By using the normal method of shaper tooth profile to design non-circular gear,the transition curve of tooth root,the design method of avoiding root cutting and the method of changing the position of gear shaper cutter were introduced,and a precise design method of tooth side clearance was proposed.In the design process,the movement mode of gear shaper was described as a synthetic movement including rotation,revolution and center movement.Based on this principle,the relationship curve between the rotation angle of non-circular gear and the arc length of the pitch curve,the coordinate of the center of gear shaper and the revolution angle of gear shaper was drawn.Based on the relation curve,the interpolation algorithm was used to solve the unknown quantity,avoiding the derivation of complex mathematical relation formula.The design results were verified by simulation of gear shaper machining,measurement of 3D model tooth clearance,finite element strength check and trial production of wire cutting sample.The results show that the tooth profile,tooth clearance and tooth root transition curve of non-circular gear meet the design requirements.
