摘  要:为解决垃圾焚烧发电厂自动燃烧控制(ACC)系统存在的调试周期长、燃烧工况波动大、无法调整偏烧的问题,选取国内应用广泛的VON ROLL型炉排的ACC控制逻辑作为研究对象,分析上述问题产生的原因,并针对性地提出一种经过改进的ACC控制逻辑方案。应用表明,优化后的ACC系统调试周期缩短一半以上,燃烧工况波动情况改善明显。有助于维持焚烧炉长期稳定运行,提高运行效益。In order to solve the problems existing in the automatic combustion control(ACC)system of waste incineration power plant,such as long debugging period,large fluctuation of combustion conditions and unable to adjust partial burning,the ACC control logic of von roll grate,which was widely used in China,was selected as the research object,the causes of the above problems were analyzed,and an improved ACC control logic scheme was proposed.The application shows that the optimized ACC system debugging cycle is shortened by more than half,and the fluctuation of combustion conditions is improved obviously.Which can help maintain long-term and stable operation of incinerators and improve operational efficiency.
