摘　　要：人工智能的发展,既为图书馆知识服务提供了便利,同时也带来了新的挑战。论文在阐述人工智能与图书馆知识服务的概念的基础上,分析了未来基于人工智能的知识服务转型趋势,构建了基于人工智能的公共图书馆知识服务框架,并提出了人工智能环境下的知识服务发展对策,为公共图书馆将人工智能融入知识服务提供了参考。The development of artificial intelligence not only provides convenience for library knowledge service,but also brings new challenges.On the basis of expounding the concept of artificial intelligence and library knowledge service,this paper analyzes the transformation trend of knowledge service based on artificial intelligence in the future,constructs the knowledge service framework of public library based on artificial intelligence,and puts forward the development countermeasures of knowledge service under the environment of artificial intelligence,so as to promote references for public libraries to integrate AI into knowledge service.
