摘 要:龙滩煤电公司在使用底抽巷施工穿层钻孔预抽上覆煤层瓦斯过程中,发现底板穿层钻孔在正常施工封堵后存在大范围钻孔抽采效果不良的情况,经过研究分析及现场探测发现,是由于煤层下覆围岩中存在大范围复杂走向裂隙造成封堵后的钻孔互串,导致预抽钻孔抽采不良。通过在3111N中底抽巷研究应用穿层钻孔精准封孔技术,有效解决了在施钻过程中遇大范围复杂走向裂隙穿层钻孔封堵不严导致抽采不良的问题,确保了上覆煤层的正常抽采。Longtan coal and power Co., Ltd. finds that the effect of large-scale drilling and extraction is poor after normal construction blockage in the process of pre-extraction of gas from overlying coal seam by cross-layer drilling in the construction of bottom drainage tunnel. Through research and analysis and on-site detection, it is found that the blocked boreholes are crossed by a large range of complex strike fissures in the surrounding rock under the coal seam, which results in pre-extraction.Poor drilling and extraction.Through the application of precise sealing technology of cross-layer drilling in 3111 N middle and bottom suction roadway, the problem of poor extraction caused by poor sealing of cross-layer drilling in large-scale complex strike fissures during drilling process is effectively solved and the normal extraction of overburden coal seam is ensured.
