摘 要:针对1075综采工作面开采期间瓦斯治理主要采取高位拦截钻孔、地面钻井、井下定向长钻孔抽采等技术措施,工作面回采过程中,因受采动影响,致使临近层卸压瓦斯进入采空区,导致保护层开采期间瓦斯治理的复杂性。为了减小临近层卸压瓦斯对保护层开采的影响,提出对1075综采工作面高位拦截钻孔优化设计,取消了老塘埋管抽采,有效地拦截了中组煤卸压瓦斯进入采空区,保证了工作面安全高效回采。In view of the technical measures of gas control in 1075 fully mechanized coal face during mining, such as high position intercepting drilling, surface drilling and downhole directional long drilling, etc., the pressure-relief gas from the adjacent strata enters into the goaf, which leads to the complexity of gas control during the mining of the protective seam. In order to reduce the influence of depressurized gas in the adjacent seam on the mining of protective seam, puts forward the optimized design of high position intercepting drilling hole in 1075 fully mechanized coal face, cancels the drainage of buried pipe in Laotang mine, and effectively intercepts the depressurized gas from middle group coal into goaf, it ensures the safe and efficient mining in the working face.
