摘 要:煤矿井下供水和压风管网系统是煤矿不可缺少的重要组成部分,矿用供水、压风流量计实现信息化的远程监测是大势所趋。目前流量远程监测技术存在接口少、环境适用性差、数据共享和兼容性水平已很难满足智慧矿山的要求。本次研究将设计一种新型的可编程通信分站,从电路设计到软件编程,都将围绕解决目前流量远程监测系统的核心问题而开展,使系统能够达到智慧矿山的数据要求。Underground water supply and air pressure pipe network system is an important part of coal mine. It is the trend to realize information remote monitoring of mine water supply and air pressure flowmeter. At present, there are few interfaces, bad environmental applicability, data sharing and compatibility level of remote monitoring technology, which can hardly meet the requirement of intelligent mine. This research will design a new type of programmable communication substation, from circuit design to software programming, will be around to solve the core problems of the current flow remote monitoring system, so that the system can meet the data requirements of intelligent mine.
