摘  要:针对潘集选煤厂自动测灰仪无法准确测定精煤灰分,达到调整分选密度的问题,通过对自动测灰仪的使用情况进行分析,考察了水分和介质含量(磁铁矿粉)对自动测灰仪测试结果的影响。试验结果表明:精煤水分对自动测灰仪测试结果影响较大,低灰精煤水分为8.0%时,高灰精煤水分为10.0%时,自动测灰仪测试值与化验值接近。随着精煤介质含量的增加,自动测灰仪测试值增大。通过对入洗原煤分矿别设置测试曲线,并对自动测灰仪进行动态标定,提高了自动测灰仪的测试精度,实现了根据自动测灰仪测试值实时指导生产。In view of the problem that the automatic ash detector in Panji coal preparation plant can not accurately measure the ash content of clean coal and adjust the separation density, the influence of moisture and medium(magnetite powder) content on the test results of automatic ash detector is investigated by analyzing the application of the automatic ash detector. The test results show that the moisture content of clean coal has a great influence on the test results of automatic ash detector. When the moisture content of low ash clean coal is 8.0%, and that of high ash clean coal is 10.0%, the test value of automatic ash detector is close to the test value, And with the increase of clean coal medium content,the test value of automatic ash detector increases. By setting the test curve of the washed raw coal and dynamically calibrating the automatic ash detector, the test precision of the automatic ash detector is improved, and the real-time production guidance is realized according to the test value of the automatic ash detector.
