摘　　要：国民经济步入新常态,煤炭行业处于需求增速放缓、过剩产能和库存消化、环境制约强化、结构调整攻坚"四期并存"的发展阶段。在这一阶段,煤炭行业必须抓住新一代信息技术的发展机遇。从国外、国内2方面阐述了智慧矿山的发展现状;强调了智慧矿山建设的必要性;探讨了以"5G通信"、"工业互联网"、"区块链"为代表的新一代信息技术在智慧矿山建设中的应用及其对煤炭行业实现高质量、智慧化发展的重要意义;同时提出"新基建"在智慧矿山建设中产生的深远影响。As the national economy enters the new normal, the coal industry is at the stage of four phases of development, in which demand growth is slowing down, excess capacity is being reduced, and the environment of inventory digestion is restricting, and structural adjustment is being intensified.Therefore, the coal industry must seize the development opportunity of the new generation of information technology. Expounds the present situation of the development of smart mines from both foreign and domestic aspects.The necessity of construction of smart mine is emphasized. The application of the new-generation information technology represented by 5 G communication, industrial Internet and blockchain in the construction of smart mines and its significance to the realization of high-quality and intelligent development of the coal industry are discussed. It also puts forward the far-reaching influence of the new infrastructure construction in the construction of smart mines.
