摘　　要：目的基于标准预防、制定并督导落实负压病房新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)的感染防控(感控)措施,防止医患之间发生交叉感染.方法台州市公共卫生中心作为台州市突发性传染病定点收治单位,于2020年1月22日开始收治新冠肺炎患者,开放4层负压病房.截至2020年2月23日,参与救治的医护人员和辅助人员实现"零感染",本研究从组织管理架构的建设、流程和方案的制定、人员的培训、消毒隔离的落实与质控4个角度为切入点,结合医院感染(院感)的规范指南和既往经验制定详细的感控措施.结果①建立应急防控体系,健全组织管理架构.②流程与方案的制定.③多元化、多维度地培训,严防医务人员感染和院内传播.④执行严格的院感管理,做好流程的落实与监控.结论在负压病房的基础上,设计通畅的工作流程,做好人员的培训,落实规范化的诊疗行为才能真正减少院感的发生.Objective Based on the standard,to prevent,formulate and supervise the implementation of infection counter measures to prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in negative pressure wards,so as to prevent cross-infection between medical workers and patients.Methods Taizhou Public Health Center,as a designated unit for the treatment of sudden infectious diseases in Taizhou City,admitted COVID-19 patients from January 22,2020,and opened four storeys of negative pressure wards.By February 23,2020,the medical staff and auxiliary personnel participating in the treatment had achieved"zero infection".From the four angles such as the construction of organizational management structure,formulation of processes and programs,training of personnel,and implementation of disinfection and isolation and quality control,combined with the normative guidelines and past experience of nosocomial infection,the detailed infection control measures were formulated.Results①The emergency prevention and control system was established and the organizational management structure was improved.②Formulation of process and scheme.③Multi dimensional training should be carried out,and medical staff acquiring infection and hospital transmission should be strictly prevented.④The hospital infection management should be carried out meticulously,and monitor and process should be well practiced.Conclusion On the basis of negative pressure wards,designing unobstructed work flow,doing a good job of personnel training and implementing standardized diagnosis and treatment behavior can really reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infection.
