摘　　要：刮痧是中医针灸代表性的临床技术之一,在古代作为一种原始的、朴素的、直接的体表刺激疗法,为保障民众的健康发挥了重要作用。近年来随着刮痧在临床和保健中的广泛应用,“循经刮痧”理论被提出。本文回顾了传统刮痧的发展历程以及循经刮痧理论的提出过程,分析了循经刮痧的效应特点与机制研究、临床应用与疗效评价、标准体系与成果转化应用等现状,认为循经刮痧强调在中医针灸经络理论指导下,循经走穴,内病外治,辨证刮痧,有助于保证刮痧的安全性和疗效,并提出进一步开展循经刮痧机制研究,刮痧力度的量化研究与出痧程度的客观化评价研究的建议,以增强刮痧技术的科学支撑,促进循经刮痧理论的完善和学科建构,规范循经刮痧临床应用并提高治疗效果。Guasha is one of the representative clinical techniques of TCM Acupuncture and Moxibustion.As a primitive,plain and direct body surface stimulation therapy in ancient times,it has played an important role in safeguarding the health of people.In recent years,with the extensive application of Guasha in clinical and health care,the theory of“Guasha along meridian”has been put forward.This paper reviews the development process of traditional Guasha and the process of putting forward the theory of Guasha along the meridian,analyzes the current situation of effect characteristics and mechanism research of Guasha along the meridian,clinical application and curative effect evaluation,standard system and achievement transformation application.Under the guidance of TCM acupuncture and meridian theory,we also emphasize that scraping acupoints along the meridian,treat internal diseases with external treatment,and Guasha based on syndrome differentiation can help ensure the safety and efficacy of Guasha,and puts forward some suggestions for further research on mechanism of Guasha,quantitative study of Guasha’s strength and objective evaluation of the degree of Guasha,in order to enhance the scientific support of Guasha technology,promote the developpment of the theory and discipline construction,standardize the clinical application and improve the therapeutic effect.
