摘　　要：目的:观察针刺对输尿管镜钬激光碎石术后疼痛及住院天数等的影响。方法:选取泌尿外科需行输尿管镜钬激光碎石术住院患者100例,简单随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规手术方案,治疗组在常规手术的基础上术中加入针刺(气冲穴、足五里穴、曲泉穴)治疗,观察患者术后疼痛、术后满意率、住院天数等的差异。结果:治疗组的术后6 h、24 h疼痛量表评分分别为(1.50±0.82)分、(0.90±0.96)分,明显低于对照组的(2.47±1.20)分、(1.77±1.04)分(P<0.05);治疗组术后较为满意及非常满意患者共37例,对照组仅11例,治疗组满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组住院时间为(1.97±0.85)d,明显短于对照组的(3.00±0.95)d(P<0.05),均有统计学差异。结论:针刺运用于输尿管镜碎石术,能有效减少术后疼痛,减少患者术后恢复时间,缩短住院天数,是一种安全、有效、经济的方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on pain after ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods 100 inpatients in urology department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into routine group and acupuncture group(Qichong point,Zhuwuli point,Ququan point)with 50 cases each to observepostoperative pain,postoperative satisfaction rate and duration of hospital stay.Results The pain scale scores of the acupuncture group 6h and 24h after the operation were(1.50±0.82)points and(0.90±0.96)points,which were lower than those of the routine group(2.47±1.20)points and(1.77±1.04)points(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the acupuncture group was higher than that of the routine group because the number of satisfied person in the acupuncture group was 37 while only 11 members in that of the routine group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the acupuncture group was(1.97±0.85)days,which was shorter than that of the routinegroup(3.00±0.95)days(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupuncture in ureteroscopic lithotripsy can effectively reduce postoperative pain,postoperative recovery time and shorten hospital stay,which is a safe,effective and economical method.It is worthy of clinical application.
