摘 要:为了研究非工作模态振型对环形行波超声波电机运行性能的影响,在参考理想环形行波超声波电机接触模型的基础上,将相邻高阶模态振型与工作模态振型相结合,构建新的接触模型,并采用解析法推导非工作模态影响下的环形行波超声波电机的输出特性。结果表明:电源频率距离工作模态频率越远,非工作模态振型占比越高;相同预压力和负载情况下,非工作模态振型占比越高,转矩转速波动越厉害;轻载时预压力越大,转速转矩波动越大,重载时情况与轻载时相反。由理论和试验分析可知,非工作模态振型对电机输出的影响较大且比较复杂,研究成果有助于为环形行波超声波电机的控制方案设计提供有价值的参考。To study the influence of non-working modal on the performance of ring-type traveling wave ultrasonic motor,a new contact model was built by combining the adjacent-higher-order modal with the working modal based on the contact model of the ideal ring-type traveling wave ultrasonic motor.The output of the ring-type traveling wave ultrasonic motor under the influence of non-working modal was derived by analytic method.Results show that the farther the power frequency from the working modal frequency is,the higher proportion of non-working modal vibration mode is.Under the same preload and load,the higher the proportion of non-working modal is,the more severe the fluctuation of torque and speed is.The greater the preload is,the greater the fluctuation of speed and torque is under a light load,and the situation under heavy load is opposite to that under light load.In the perspective of theoretical and experimental analyses,it can be seen that the non-working modal had a great and relatively complex influence on the motor output.The results provide a reference for the control scheme design of ring-type traveling wave ultrasonic motor.
