摘　　要：目的:规范医院避光药品的管理。方法:基于国际医院联合委员会(JCI)认证标准运用戴明环(PDCA)管理法,对药事科各部门及临床科室备用药品中避光药品的管理现状调查分析、制订计划、实施改进、对执行情况进行检查,从而规范管理药品的贮存和使用。结果:在JCI标准指导下,运用PDCA法后,完善了避光药品管理制度,统一了全院避光药品目录,增加了护理人员对避光药品管理相关知识的知晓率,提高了药品的贮存合格率和使用的合格率。结论:基于JCI标准,以“国际患者安全目标(IPSG)”及“药物管理和使用(MMU)”为核心,规范化管理避光药品,提高药品的稳定性和安全性,保证药品质量,减少药品不良反应。Objective:To standardize the management of light-avoiding drugs in hospital.Methods:Based on the JCI standard,PDCA management method was applied to investigate and analyze the status of the management of light-avoiding drugs in reserve drugs in the pharmaceutical department and clinical department,make plans,implement improvements and check the implementation,so as to regulate the storage and use of drugs.Results:Under the guidance of JCI standard,PDCA method was used to improve the management system of light-avoiding drugs,unify the catalog of light-avoiding drugs in the hospital,increase the nursing staff's awareness rate of light-avoiding drugs management related knowledge,and improve the qualified rate of storage and use of drugs.Conclusion:Based on JCI,with"international patient safety goals(IPSG)"and"drug management and use(MMU)"as the core,standardized management of light-avoiding drugs can improve drug stability and safety ensure drug quality,and reduce adverse drug reactions.
