疫情与低油价下美国页岩油气公司生存之道

摘　　要：2020年以来在新冠疫情与低油价双重夹击下,美国页岩油气公司无一例外地深陷经营困局。这些公司采取了尽量维持产量规模、压减投资支出、降低操作成本、资产合理减值、加强资本运作、甚至申请破产重组等措施,帮助企业渡过难关。美国页岩气公司这种灵活多变的生存之道,值得我国石油公司在投资策略、低油价应对、资产处置以及争取政策支持等方面借鉴。Since 2020,all US shale oil and gas companies have been stuck in business difficulties due to the double whammy of COVID-19 epidemic and low oil prices.These companies are struggling to maintain production,reduce investment expenditure and operating costs,write down certain assets,strengthen capital operation,and even apply for bankruptcy reorganization to tide over the difficulties.Such flexible survival method and strong resillence of the US shale oil and gas companies are worthy of reference for Chinese oil companies in investment strategy,asset disposal and policy support in response to low oil prices.
