摘 要:为了避免在深松铲铲柄上开破土刃口而降低深松铲的强度,本文将破土刃口与铲柄分离开进行独立设计,形成内弧半径为150 mm的专有弧形破土器,承担对土壤的切割作用,减轻深松作业阻力。本文通过田间试验验证了预破土器对深松减阻的效果,确定了预破土器的最佳安装位置,试验结果表明,在振幅5 mm、振频10 Hz、前进速度1.44 km/h、耕深约为500 mm时,预破土组合深松铲比无破土器深松铲的耕作阻力减小12.46%~22.87%,平均减小18.48%,减阻效果明显。预破土器的安装位置需要根据深松深度的要求确定,在本试验的深松深度条件下,3号位置的减阻效果最好。此研究为研制结构简单、减阻高效的深松机具设备提供了理论依据。In order to avoid cutting edge on the handle of subsoiler and reducing its strength,the soil breaking edge is separated from the shovel handle for independent design,and a special arc-shaped soil pre-ripper with inner arc radius of 150 mm is formed to cut the soil and reduce the resistance of subsoiling operation.In this paper,the effect of soil pre-ripper on drag reduction is verified by field test,and the best installation position of the pre-ripper on subsoiler is determined.The experimental results show that,when the amplitude is 5 mm,the vibration frequency is 10 Hz,the forward speed is 1.44 km/h,and the tillage depth is about 500 mm,the tillage resistance of the combined subsoiling shovel with pre-ripper can be reduced by 12.46%~22.87%,with an average reduction of 18.48%,and the drag reduction effect is obvious.The best installation position of the soil pre-ripper is determined according to the subsoiling depth,under the condition of subsoiling depth in this paper,the drag reduction effect of position No.3 is the best.This study provides a theoretical basis for the development of subsoiling machines and equipment with simple structure and high drag reduction efficiency.
