摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜辅助下球囊成形术对胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能及创伤应激反应的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2019年1月收治的76例胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用传统切开手术治疗,观察组采用关节镜辅助下球囊成形术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间、术后下床活动时间及住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量、术后引流量少于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组的Lysholm、ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1 d,观察组的NE、Cor及AngⅡ水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论关节镜辅助下球囊成形术治疗胫骨平台骨折患者有助于缩短手术时间,促进术后恢复,改善膝关节功能,提高日常生活活动能力,减轻创伤应激反应。Objective To explore the effects of arthroscopy-assisted balloon angioplasty on knee joint function and traumatic stress response in patients with tibial plateau fractures.Methods A total of 76 patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted from January 2015 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the observation group was treated with arthroscopy-assisted balloon angioplasty.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,postoperative ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the Lysholm and ADL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).One day after operation,the levels of NE,Cor and AngⅡof the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopy-assisted balloon angioplasty in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures is helpful to shorten the operation time,promote postoperative recovery,ameliorate knee joint function,improve activities of daily living,and reduce traumatic stress reaction.
