摘　　要：血管活性药物一直以来在临床广泛应用,是血压异常及危重患者的常用药物。由于其本身的特殊性,输注期间可能因微小的剂量差异造成血管收缩失衡或扩张过度,引起心率、血压的异常变化。故临床在经外周静脉输注血管活性药物时对医护人员的操作规范性、专业性要求较高,重视外周静脉输注血管活性药物的安全性才能确保治疗效果得到最大程度发挥。外周静脉输注血管活性药物的注意事项较多,涉及专业知识点较广,治疗效果受各方面因素的影响。但就目前的临床工作来看,仍存在较多影响外周静脉输注血管活性药物护理安全性的问题,这些问题不仅会严重影响治疗效果,甚至会加速部分年龄较大、身体素质较差患者的疾病恶化程度。因此,做好影响外周静脉输注血管活性药物护理安全性的分析,并根据患者的具体情况采取有效的解决对策,对促进患者康复、提高护理质量具有重要意义。Vasoactive drugs have been widely used in clinic,which was commonly used in patients with abnormal blood pressure and critically ill.Because of its own particularity,small dose difference during infusion may cause vasoconstriction imbalance or excessive expansion,resulting in abnormal changes of heart rate and blood pressure.Therefore,the clinic in the peripheral intravenous infusion of vasoactive drugs,staff normative,professional requirements of the operation of the medical staff are higher,pay attention to the safety of peripheral intravenous infusion of vasoactive drugs in order to ensure the maximum play of treatment effect.Peripheral intravenous infusion of vasoactive drugs requires more attention,involving a wide range of professional knowledge,and the therapeutic effect is affected by various factors.However,in the current clinical work,there are still many problems that affect the safety of peripheral intravenous infusion of vasoactive drugs,these problems will not only seriously affect the treatment effect,but also accelerate the deterioration of some elderly patients or poor physical quality patients.Therefore,doing a good job in the analysis of the nursing safety of peripheral intravenous infusion of vasoactive drugs,and takeing effective countermeasures according to the specific situation of patients is of great significance to promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of nursing.
