摘　　要：目的探讨蜂蜜调和如意金黄散联合水胶体敷料治疗斑蝥酸钠维生素B6(SCAVB6)所致静脉炎的临床效果。方法将119例因输注SCAVB6所致静脉炎的患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(59例)和观察组(60例)。对照组给予多磺酸粘多糖乳膏涂抹治疗,观察组给予蜂蜜调和如意金黄散联合水胶体敷料贴敷治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的静脉炎治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的皮肤灼热、血管条索状改变、患者疼痛主观感受消失时间均早于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的Ⅱ级静脉炎治愈时间早于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蜂蜜调和如意金黄散联合水胶体敷料外敷可有效并快速治疗SCAVB6所致静脉炎,且明显缩短Ⅱ级静脉炎治愈时间,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of honey and Ruyi Jinhuang powder combined with hydrocolloid dressing on phlebitis caused by sodium cantharidate and vitamin B6(SCAVB6).Methods A total of 119 patients with phlebitis caused by SCAVB6 infusion were divided into control group(59 cases)and observation group(60 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream,and the observation group was treated with honey and Ruyi Jinhuang powder combined with hydrocolloid dressing.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of phlebitis treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of skin burning,vascular strip-like changes and the subjective pain of the patients in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure time of gradeⅡphlebitis in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Honey and Ruyi Jinhuang powder combined with hydrocolloid dressing can effectively and quickly treat phlebitis caused by SCAVB6,and significantly shorten the cure time of gradeⅡphlebitis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
