摘　　要：目的分析手术室优质护理干预对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除患者应激反应、负性情绪及预后的影响。方法将100例腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组进行手术室常规护理干预,观察组进行手术室优质护理。比较两组的应激指标、心理状况及舒适评分、术后并发症发生情况及对手术室护理的满意度。结果观察组术前及术后12 h的HR、E、NE、Cor水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1 d,两组的SAS及SDS评分均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的GCQ评分和对手术室护理的满意度高于对照组,术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除患者手术室优质护理干预,可明显减轻患者的应激反应,提高舒适度,降低术后并发症发生率,缓解负性情绪,提升护理满意度。Objective To analyze the effects of high quality nursing intervention in operating room on stress response,negative emotion and prognosis of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention in operating room,and the observation group received high quality nursing intervention in operating room.The stress indexes,psychological status and comfort score,postoperative complications and satisfaction with operating room nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of HR,E,NE and Cor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group before operation and 12 h after operation(P<0.05).One day after operation,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups significantly decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The GCQ score and the satisfaction with operating room nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention in operating room for patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy can significantly reduce the stress response,improve comfort,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,relieve negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction.
