摘　　要：白芍为毛茛科植物芍药的干燥根,是著名的“浙八味”药材之一,具有平肝止痛、养血调经、敛阴止汗等功效。现代研究表明,白芍中化学成分丰富,主要包含单萜及其苷类、三萜及其苷类、黄酮类、鞣质类等,具有镇痛、抗炎、抗抑郁、保肝、调节免疫等药理作用,在治疗内脏痛、癌性疼痛、慢性胃炎、慢性乙型肝炎、类风湿性关节炎(RA)等方面的临床应用广泛。本文总结了白芍的化学成分、药理作用及其临床应用等方面的研究进展,梳理了白芍现代化开发过程中遇到的瓶颈和问题,以期为白芍的后续应用开发提供参考和借鉴。Radix paeoniae alba is the dried root of Paeonia lactiflora Pall of ranunculaceae.It is one of the famous"Zhebawei"medicinal materials,with the effects of calming liver and relieving pain,nourishing blood and regulating menstruate,regulating Yin and preventing perspiration.Modern research shows that radix paeoniae alba is rich in chemical components,mainly including monoterpenes and their glycosides,triterpenoids and their glycosides,flavonoids,tannins and so on.It has analgesic,anti-inflammatory,anti-depressive,hepatoprotective,immunoregulation and other pharmacological effects,and is widely used in the treatment of visceral pain,cancer pain,chronic gastritis,chronic hepatitis B,rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and other aspects.This paper summarizes the research progress of radix paeoniae alba in chemical components,pharmacological effects and clinical application,and combs the bottlenecks and problems encountered in the modernization development process of radix paeoniae alba,so as to provide reference for the follow-up application and development of radix paeoniae alba.
